About the Role
As part of our service team, you play an important role in ensuring that our customer's printers and other card related hardware are in tip top shape. You'd be in charge of machine system installation, upgrades, troubleshooting and maintenance.
There will be opportunities to enhance your competencies through our training programs as well as increase your exposure to different work settings and cultures through regional travel.
Hiring Requirements
Minimum Nitec/Highter Nitec or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering
Good observation and analytical skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams
Familiarity in torubleshooting techniques
Class 2B/3 driving license and own your own transport is a plus
Willing to travel
Proficient in written and spoken English
Entry level candidates will be considered for the Assistant Service Engineer position and salary will be commensurate to experience.

About the Role
As part of our software team, you will help develop and maintain the software needs of our projects. You will work closely with customers, IT staff, engineers and various stakeholders to define software requirements, as well as be expected to be able to analyse, design, code, confiture, test and maintain systems. You are in charge that ensuring software quality, security and application code performance are met after review; and as is good industry practice, you should be able to document and maintain software functionality through the preparation of design documents, operating manuals and other documents pertaining to the work as required.
Along with the Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will also provide hands-on training to the customers for developed systems and provide post deployment system support.
A curious mind is necessary since you'd be expected to explore new technology and its development and subsequent implementation.
Hiring Requirements
Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
Knowledge of programming languages (C#, .Net, Java, JavaScript, HTML5)
Knowledge of SQL such as queries, stored procedures, views, functions, triggers
Mobile development experience is a plus
Good communication and presentation skills
Good analytical skills
Open minded, self-motivated and willing to learn new things.
A "Can do" attitude to problem solving
Highly organised and detailed oriented
Able to self prioritise and meet deadlines
